Here are some ideas:

  • One sense at a time
  • All 5 senses, one after the other
  • Ask your child to notice:
    • 5 things you can see
    • 4 things you can touch
    • 3 things you can hear
    • 2 things you can smell
    • 1 thing you can taste

When and where

Anytime and anywhere!

  • In your bed before falling asleep
  • As a passenger, in the car or the bus
  • On a hike
  • While eating a fruit
