Full of Kindness offers mindfulness and kindness programs for children from 5 years old, with their family or at school.
We also have workshops for adults around mindfulness and self-compassion.
Based in Vancouver BC Canada

Programs

For families:

Children 5 to 11 years old
Teens 12 to 19 years old
