  • 10 short practical sessions of 30 minutes
  • Journaling prompts at the end of each session
  • Follow-up emails with a review of what we’ve learned after each session

The following agenda might change depending on the group’s needs, but this will give you a little idea on what to expect.

✨ When?

  • Mondays to start the work week, at 12:30pm PST – 3:30pm EST – 9:30pm in Europe, except on some Canadian stat holidays when the session will be postponed to Wednesday of the same week

✨ 3 Cohorts:

  • Fall 2023: Oct 16 to Dec 18
  • Winter 2024: Jan 8 to March 11
  • Spring 2024: March 25 to May 27

✨ Who?

  • This program is for beginners. Or if you’ve practiced before but you would like to get into mindfulness again and learn alongside other human beings, this is for you.
  • This program is for those of us who struggle with our emotions. Mindfulness helps us feel safe, it helps us regulate our nervous system so we can better face difficult times in life, big or small.
  • Limit of 11 participants so the group is a safe and brave space, and we all have time to connect and discuss.

  • Includes 10 sessions + your own chime shipped to you!
  • Early bird: CAN$248 +gst if bought before October 8th, 2023 for the Fall cohort, Dec 24, 2024for the Winter cohort, March 10, 2024 for the Spring cohort.
  • Regular price: CAN$290 +gst
  • Eventbrite will show the price in your own currency if you’re outside of Canada
  • Possibility to pay via e-transfer if you’re in Canada without Eventbrite fees. Processing fee ($1.50) would apply if need to cancel and get reimbursed, see below. Please contact me if you’d like to pay via e-transfer 🙂

✨ Cancellation policy:

  • Reimbursement if processed through Eventbrite, at least 72 hours before the first session starts. Eventbrite might not reimburse the processing fees.
  • Full reimbursement minus processing fee ($1.50) if processed through e-transfer, at least 72 hours before the first session starts.
  • No reimbursement if canceled less than 72 hours before the 1st session starts.

Laure is from France and now lives in Vancouver Canada since 2006. Her healing journey led her to try many modalities over the past 20 years, including mindfulness and self-compassion. She now teaches mindfulness to children, teens, and families. She loves sharing anything she learns and knows can help others, that’s why she wants to share what helped her the most: mindfulness and self-compassion. She learned that the other modalities didn’t work for her because at the root of he problem was the fact that her nervous system was not feeling safe. Mindfulness helped her regulate her nervous system thus her emotions. Only then other modalities could work and florishing could happen.
