Mindfulness for Children 5 to 11 years old

Are you at the end of your wit? You’ve tried everything but don’t know how to help your child?

Your child may be struggling to regulate his/her emotions, or with their attention (add, adhd), may be having difficulties falling asleep? or maybe having anxious thoughts about everyday life events, anxiety or depression?

Mindfulness can help.

Mindfulness helps children develop increased calmness, patience, and the ability to self-console.
