When this happens, or if you’re recognizing that you could also benefit from mindfulness, building your own mindfulness practice can have a positive impact on both you (the parents or caregivers) and those around you.

Full program of 24 sessions includes:

  • 1 chime for you to practice on your own
  • 1 email after each session to review what you’ve learned
  • Sessions are 30 to 60 minutes long
